Do you buy used furs?

Unfortunately we do not buy furs but we offer Cold Storage, Cleaning and Glazing, repair, remodel and appraise them in house or you can trade in towards a new fur.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. However, if you are ordering a dress we do not have in the store, you may exchange it for another gown in store.

Do you have Alterations?

Yes! We offer In house Alterations on gowns and Outerwear. An appointment is required.

Do you offer cold Storage on coats not purchased at Kotsovos?

Yes, No matter where you purchased your coat Kotsovos furs will take the best care of it.

Do you have a prom/Homecoming registry?

Yes, we try our best not to sell the same style in the same color to anyone attending the same prom. Please don't forget to register your school when signing in.

What sizes do you carry in store?

We carry 000-30W in store, but maybe able to special order additional sizes.
